Meet Dr. Joe D'Alesio

Dr. D'Alesio graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry and has been caring for patients in the Munhall community since 1999. His focus has always been on one-to-one relationships — taking time to explain options, listen to concerns, and plan treatment that fits each patient's goals.

He brought Digital Smile Design to the practice to give patients something most dentists don't: the ability to see their result before committing. Every cosmetic case starts with a digital preview — photos, scans, and a plan you approve first.

Dr. D'Alesio lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and three kids. He built Steel Valley Smiles around the same values he brings home — honesty, patience, and showing up every day. Many of his patients are second and third generation.
